Funding from ICAP Charity Day will support 25 more Dreamers in Whangārei. With dedicated Navigator mentoring from Year 1–15, students gain academic support, cultural and creative programmes, leadership opportunities, and wellbeing guidance—transforming futures and ensuring successful pathways into tertiary study or employment.

I Have a Dream is a unique New Zealand charity dedicated to inspiring dreams and enabling bright futures for children & youth. Its long-term model sees programme participants (Dreamers) supported by a dedicated Navigator, from day one at school through to tertiary education or employment. Navigators come from all walks of life and work in partnership with schools, whānau, and wider support networks to help every Dreamer realise their full potential. For every $1 invested, I Have a Dream delivers $3.60 in social return to Aotearoa. The programme currently supports over 1,150 Dreamers across years 1–14 in 5 partner schools.
