Funding from ICAP Charity will support the CPActive Young Changemakers, a 12-week programme open to young people aged 18 - 30 with cerebral palsy and similar disabilities. Participants learn negotiating tactics for practical life solutions and develop skills to unleash their full potential across all aspects of their lives, including work, further education, and community engagement.
