Charity Overview
1.5 million adults in London struggle to afford to eat every day, while 400,000 children are at risk of missing the next meal. This figure will only increase as we live through the cost of living crisis. Meanwhile, our food industry generates almost 2m tonnes of good, edible surplus food each year. The Felix Project is a London charity set up to tackle both issues. 260,000 people receive Felix food each week, via 1,000 partners across the capital, food that would have gone to waste is reaching vulnerable people and their families.
