Funding from ICAP Charity day, will support the Ahead of the Game project. This programme is an innovative sports-based, evidence-backed mental fitness and resilience training programme that teaches adolescent community players (12-18 years old), their parents, and coaches how to spot the signs of poor mental health, how to talk about mental health and how and when to seek help.

Movember is a charity changing the face of men’s health. It addresses some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention.
