A donation from ICAP Charity Day will help SRS to provide complimentary online emotional support for new and existing clients. Most of SRS's beneficiaries prefer online counselling and thus, they need to also adapt and ensure quality services and continued psycho-emotional support.

Charity Overview

Silver Ribbon (Singapore) (SRS) is a non-profit organisation that aims to combat mental health stigma through improving mental health literacy. It was launched by the late President SR Nathan in 2006.

Since inception, SRS not only provides complimentary counselling (online, phone and face to face) but also advocates actively to the public and private sector, encourage early help seeking behaviour and developed programmes to address the needs of the public, such as Crisis Resolution Team (CRT) that provides pre-assessment during a mental health crisis.

SRS also conduct trainings and customise Employee Assistance Programmes for employers.
