ICAP's donation will help Rumah Kita in its effort to provide temporary housing, essential mother-baby necessities, nourishment, counselling and maternity care for prenatal and postnatal mothers.

Charity Overview

Rumah Kita is an NGO that shelters women that have fallen pregnant out of wedlock or are victims of sexual assault. The NGO aims to reduce baby dumping within the community and their mission is to provide a safe space for the mothers and to empower them to reclaim their lives. The shelter is based in Kuala Lumpur and is open to all woman in need, regardless of religion, race or class.
