A donation from ICAP will support the build of a welcoming, creative, fun, communal outdoor area for the people who will live in 29 homes. The donation will fund raised garden beds, fruit trees, seating, built-in BBQ, artificial grass, swing, art and a cover so the area can be used in most weathers.

Charity Overview

Dwell Housing Trust is a not-for-profit community housing organisation with a long track record of providing affordable, quality homes to people in need. They provide social housing to people who are on the Ministry of Social Development’s Housing Register. These are people who have a serious housing need.
