Charity Overview

Battersea was founded in 1860, and is the UK’s oldest animal rescue centre. The charity acts as a champion and voice for vulnerable animals, so that they can enjoy the best quality of life. Each year they support an average of 3,000 animals across their three centres, and last year rehomed 2,500 dogs and cats.
