Human Rights for All operate entirely on charitable donations and costs received from court case wins. This enables them to provide their services to asylum seekers and refugees on a pro-bono basis. A donation from ICAP Charity Day will enable them to take on more lawyers and secure liberty for more people in need.

Charity Overview

Human Rights for All (HR4A) is a charitable law firm that provides some of the most senior, dedicated and passionate legal minds in Australia, free of charge, to people being held in indefinite and long-term detention onshore in Australia. Their focus is on complex cases involving people held indefinitely in detention, including the stateless, and those with character concerns who cannot return to their country of origin. HR4A seeks liberty for all, regardless of race, colour, religion or economic background.
