Leadership Through Sport and Business is a unique social mobility charity that transforms the lives of bright, disadvantaged young people by facilitating meaningful employment in business and finance. Alongside their partners, including Premier League Football Club Foundations, they develop key academic, leadership and employability skills the young people require to secure sustainable employment.
They partner with top businesses to deliver apprenticeships and outstanding professional development opportunities, and to support their young people into high-calibre careers. Throughout the intensive programme they provide the ongoing bespoke support required to succeed in the corporate world, including coaching, a professional mentor and enrichment events.
