Charity Overview
Fundacion Las Rosas is a charitable foundation dedicated to assisting the abandoned and destitute elderly population of Santiago. The charity offer its beneficiaries protection, a home, food and clothing, medical, dental and psychiatric support, physiotherapy and occupational workshops. There are currently more than 2,200 elderly that reside in Fundación Las Rosas’s 30 homes, situated across seven regions of Santiago.
Nearly 1,800 people work for Fundación Las Rosas: professional specialists such as doctors and therapists, as well as qualified carers – all of whom are trained on site.
