FMKB strives to pave the way back into normality for the affected children and their families. Activities such as boat rides, summercamps or the annual childrens' olympic games will help to put a smile on the little patients' faces again.

Charity Overview

"The association "Familier med Kraeftramte Born" (FMKB) was founded in 1983 in Ans By with the goal to accompany and support childern who have cancer and their families in any way possible during the hard times they are going through. The work of the association focuses on the psychotherapeutic and psycho-social support of the affected families. Next to the medical treatment these asspects are of great importance for the healing process but they are not state-aided.
